Houston uploads

[edit]

Thank you so much for your help in these! I enjoyed seeing your upload of the Cottage Grove fire station!

  • I appreciate your note, WhisperToMe. I'm a novice at taking pictures, but it is fun and I'm glad to help when I can. I should be able to get Lutheran South and a couple of the Clear Lake area pics as soon as this weekend. I had forgotten about adding descriptions in Spanish, but I can certainly do that. Thanks for your work in coordinating this stuff. EricEnfermero (talk) 23:17, 17 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • I am posting additional Clear Lake-area requests in case you are interested. I'm making sure all of the major municipalities are covered. One thing I like doing is, if I encounter signs with the name of a city (such as "Welcome to....") I like to photograph them and use them as lead images in Wikipedia articles about small cities/suburban cities WhisperToMe (talk) 07:18, 18 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much! I've added Spanish to some of your recent uploads WhisperToMe (talk) 14:12, 31 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Nice picture. You were at the game? Any idea who the base runner is? Muboshgu (talk) 04:58, 22 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, thanks. Sorry for the slow response. After I got back from several days in Memphis, I worked several days back-to-back and just wasn't on WP a lot. The SWB runner in that photo is Jake Cave. I wasn't sure if that photo would work for his article as well, but I notice he doesn't have a photo on his entry. I was a little frustrated at the game because I had great seats but all of my pics were coming out blurry. EricEnfermero (talk) 06:03, 29 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
