Stop!!!

[edit]

Stop uploading your image over an other! If you want to upload your own image do it - but not over an other image. Do it as own upload. What do you thing in replacing the Vienna Caesar with the Naples Ceasar? It's an unbeleavable behaviour! Marcus Cyron (talk) 20:40, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Put the Naples Caesar back

[edit]

That Naples Caesar has been the original image to that Wikipedia page for years and years why would anybody replace it with a different picture of a Vienna Caesar if the Naples Caesar was the original one for the longest time? That new Vienna Caesar is some sort of sabotage. Put the original Naples Caesar back. They also did this to the Tiberius Caesar picture as well by putting some awful "Purple Tinge" to it, gladly I got rid of those as much as I could.

No, this is not true. And it is visible in the history of the site. Marcus Cyron (talk) 21:43, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I remember the Naples Caesar having been there since around 2005, someone erased the history of the the Naples Caesar being there.

Eleventwenty (talk)

My edits are for Caesar's best intentions. I work for www.templeofthecomet.com which is a website dedicated to Caesar, I am trying to protect Caesar's image by making sure that his page remains intact. I recall someone having tried to sabotage various other Caesar pages such as the Tiberius Caesar pages and as it turned out the user had a history of working on Satanic Nazi wiki pages.

My intentions on changing this page is for the better not for worse, I work for Temple of the Comet.

Hello

Hello?

Then add another picture to the article, upload it under a new name, or anything else, but never ever replace an existing image with another one. I will revert it. If you continue vandalizing this very image, you will be blocked from Wikimedia Commons. —DerHexer (Talk) 22:36, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Is it possible then to simply place that image somewhere else and put the Naples Caesar as the main image? If I work for templeofthecomet.com then how could you possibly consider this as vandalism if my intentions are on improving this page. Now I just have a request can you make the Naples Caesar image the main image at the top and place this image somewhere at the bottom as I'm guessing is what you were suggesting I try to do. You're suggesting I upload the Naples image at another place on the article, correct? Or what is it that your suggesting about uploading another image, how does that work.

How do I upload another image.

Eleventwenty (talk)

And again: no! Nobody uploaded over the Naples Caesar the Vienna Caesar. It was always the Vienna Caesar. Maybe in a Wikipedia article someone changed the images. But here is commons, not Wikipedia. We collect here the images, not writing articles. What the people do in Wikipedias is not the problem here. We have here much more than only one image of a Caesar bust: Category:Busts of Iulius Caesar! Marcus Cyron (talk) 22:46, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
