File:Broward Transitional Center Entrance.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added may soon be deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please replace the copyvio tag with {{subst:OP}} and have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you disagree that the file is a copyright violation for any other reason, please replace the copyvio tag with a regular deletion request. Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

- I've added a request for undeletion. I had no idea the website existed which you claim I stole them from; they clearly stole them from Wikimedia. The images on the website are crops of my original images. Eflatmajor7th (talk) 04:59, 17 November 2016 (UTC)

- This is obviously a campaign image, which would put it in the public domain. I just can't find the image on any site besides this one. Can you help me document proper licensing instead of just deleting everything? Eflatmajor7th (talk) 05:21, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
- No, it wouldn't be in PD because it's used in a political campaign. The copyright holder needs to license it accordingly. --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 02:59, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
- Ok. I'm having trouble finding an image of him with any licensing mentioned, I assume a common issue. On this Flickr page, it obviously says "All rights reserved", but also says to contact Chion Wolf for "usage terms". Does that mean the copyright holders might be willing to allow the image on commons? If so, is there a particular place I should direct Chion Wolf to when I contact her?
