This is unambiguous intentional license laundering and a deliberate attempt to misrepresent the image's license. This is deception above and beyond merely uploading a copyright violation. Note also that apart from Commons policies the WMF terms of use, in Portuguese, prohibit "With the intent to deceive, posting content that is false or inaccurate" and, of course, "infringing copyrights." Further, you've been recreating deleted content and removing deletion templates ([1][2]). Especially in the aggregate, this is a level of misbehaviour requiring a very good explanation, acknowledgement, and commitment to discontinue before you are to resume editing here. Timeline

1. Case of Paróquia Senhora Sant'Ana

On October 16 I created on the pt.wiki the article pt:Paróquia Senhora Sant'Ana, together, I uploaded File:Paróquia Senhora Sant'Ana em Cansanção.jpeg (my first violation, coming from the page @pascom.cansancao. Soon after on the same day, I uploaded another violation, coming from "Blog do Florisvaldo", then on October 17, another violation, which was: File:Procissãoemcansanção.jpeg (@pascom.cansancao), still on the same day, the following were up: File:Altarprincipal.jpeg (gmaps), File:Tabernaculo1.jpeg (gmaps) and File:Vistafrontal.jpeg (gmaps). On October 26 I uploaded another violation: File:ParóquiaSSA.jpg (copyright IBGE).

On October 27, Altarprincipal.jpeg, Procissãoemcansancao.jpeg, Tabernaculo1.jpeg, Vista frontal da antiga igreja.jpeg was erased, on the same day, I restored the Front view of the old church.jpeg titled PSS1920.jpg, with a false license of over 70 years (PD-old). On October 28th Paróquia Senhora Sant'Ana em Cansanção.jpeg was deleted. 2. Case of Dave Elman and Teatro Arraial Ariano Suassuna

On October 28, 2021, I uploaded File:Dave-elman-380x249.gif (CBS) with the false PD-old claim, on October 30 it was deleted with File:TeatroRef.jpg (which I don't remember when I uploaded, but it was probably on October 26)

Questions

• Like what did you do that was incorrect?

All the images I posted were copyright violations, as they all had their rights reserved to the author, preventing them from being reposted without permission, contrary to what Wikimedia Commons is, a free image repository. Also, it is illegal to use images without permission, and even more so to give a false license to the image.

• Why did you remove the deletion mark?

I didn't know what vandalism was, I did it so clearly the images wouldn't be deleted.

• Why did you not respond to the warnings and guidelines before the lockout?

It was an act of ignorance, I was new to the platform and didn't really know what the talk page was, much less the warnings (even though they were quite contextualized), in fact, I would get the notifications, but I didn't pay attention. That's when I started to pay more attention, it was already it was late, I had already done countless abuses and would already be blocked. I was incompetent anyway, and even posted a message on their discussion page which I am ashamed of, claiming to have sources that prove File:Dave-elman-380x249.gif's license on October 30, being a false information so that the image would not be deleted, another mistake.

• Why the deliberate washing of licenses?

It was a method of recreating the images, I lied about the type of license, since they were copyrighted.

• Why did you recreate copyright?

• If you really want my comment, I continue to  Oppose. Blocks are preventative not punitive; accordingly, we are not seeking apology in unblock requests ("I abruptly repent of the harm done to Wikimedia Commons before"), but an indication that the issue is understood. The revolution of the earth about the sun ("After 6 months since my block") has nothing whatsoever to do with this understanding. You've not explained how what you did was incorrect; you've not explained why you ignored the numerous warnings and guidance presented to you before the block; and you've not mentioned even once the aforementioned Flickrwashing and attempt to lie through the OTRS system. In both of those cases, you made deliberate misrepresentations. To say only you have "no bad faith" suggests you've not genuinely acknowledged the nature of your misbehaviour, and thus are not credible. Having an autoreviewer flag on pt.wiki, further, has nothing to do with understanding of IP issues; that you seem to think it is relevant here also does not speak well of the issue(s) being understood. @Elcobbola: I tried to write that I understood the gravity of my actions and that my blocking was correct, but in no way did I mean to imply that I should be unblocked on account that I have already stayed for 6 months. The fact that I quoted a group from another project is that they all belong to the same Foundation, and if you understand one, you will soon be better off for the others. So I will try next time (since this one will be denied) to create in chronological order my abuses committed with the OTRS system, and the deliberate laundering of licenses. "I will try next time" - This doesn't parse; there's no need to wait for a decline to supplement a request. Just write what you would below. Address the things I've mentioned--explain what you did, why you did it, why you should not have, and give examples or other demonstration of your new understanding without appealing to time, flags, or regret. I'll unblock you myself if you demonstrate an understanding of the issue and thereby a credible commitment to discontinue. You just simply haven't done that yet.
