Hola Ecelan, la imagen que me dices la veo perfectamente, no sé qué es lo que te puede ocurrir. Puede que el servidor vaya lento y por eso no te ha cargado, suele ocurrir. Está en esta dirección: Image:LleidaSeu20030605.jpg. Respecto a lo que me comentas sobre lo de los símbolos ¡ y ¿, ya había solicitado en el café algunas traducciones, pero o bien tendríamos que insistir, o conseguir que algún hispanoparlante se haga administrador en commons para que terminen de traducir nuestra interfaz y así incluir todo lo que necesitamos. Thanks for your notice. These images where uploaded to flickr, to the group Catalonia, one of whose purposes is to upload cc images for the wikipedia, but the license was by mistake marked as non-commercial instead of free by some of the participants, to whom I have already contacted and has agreed absolutely to change the license to free - absolutely possible at flickr. I took the image from en:Image:Eldoradoinberlinafterforcedclosingbynazis.gif. I don't have more information about it and it looks like someone deleted the image there to use the one in commons, so we can't even ask there. If you think you have to delete it, please do. Sobre las imágenes de Bienes de Interés Cultural incluidas en el Inventario

Hola Ecelan, confundí el año de la Ley del Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano, que no es 1988, sino 1998. Lo siento. Puedes comprobar en su artículo 17 titulado “Publicidad” que : 1. El Inventario General del Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano tendrá carácter público, sin perjuicio de las restricciones que esta misma Ley establece respecto del patrimonio arqueológico y paleontológico.

En lo que se refiere a las imágenes de Medio Ambiente donde hago referencia a la Ley 38/95 (Española), esta se refiere al derecho de acceso a la información en materia de medio ambiente disponible por las Administraciones públicas, que en su exposición de motivos, dice lo siguiente: EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS: La Directiva 90/313/CEE, del Consejo, de 7 de junio de 1990, sobre libertad de acceso a la información en materia de medio ambiente, impone a los Estados miembros la obligación de establecer las disposiciones necesarias para reconocer el derecho de cualquier persona física o jurídica a acceder a la información sobre medio ambiente que esté en poder de las Administraciones públicas sin que para ello sea obligatorio probar un interés determinado…

y en su artículo 1 titulado “Derecho de acceso a la información sobre el medio ambiente.” dice: Todas las personas, físicas o jurídicas, nacionales de uno de los Estados que integran el Espacio Económico Europeo o que tengan su domicilio en uno de ellos, tienen derecho a acceder a la información ambiental que esté en poder de las Administraciones públicas competentes, sin obligación de acreditar un interés determinado y con garantía, en todo caso, de confidencialidad sobre su identidad. El mismo derecho se reconoce a las personas no comprendidas en el párrafo anterior, siempre que sean nacionales de Estados que, a su vez, otorguen a los españoles derecho a acceder a la información ambiental que posean.

Pero para mayor abundamiento en el tema referido a documentación obrante en las Administraciones Públicas y cuyo contenido es de libre uso, en el ordenamiento interno español, la Ley 30/1992, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común , ya reconoce en su artículo 35 el derecho de los ciudadanos al acceso a los registros y archivos de las Administraciones públicas en los términos previstos en la Constitución y en esa u otras Leyes, regulando ese derecho con carácter general en su artículo 37 de la Ley 30/1992 , sin perjuicio de las disposiciones específicas que rijan el acceso a determinados archivos, y estableciendo los supuestos en los que no podrá ejercitarse, si bien tal derecho de acceso y las causas por las que se puede denegar su ejercicio quedan limitados a los registros y a los documentos que, formando parte de un expediente, obren en los archivos administrativos, siempre que tales expedientes correspondan a procedimientos terminados en la fecha de la solicitud.

Estimado Ecelan, de nuevo. Al releer mi discusión con Thuresson he descubierto tu afirmación “As far as I know, documents etc. generated by the spanish state are copyrighted”. Lamento informarte que lo que estas diciendo es totalmente incierto y me sorprende que lo afirmes con esa rotundidad. Cualquier funcionario habituado a dar información perteneciente a la Administración en la que trabaje, te podrá informar al respecto.   • Estimado Ecelan, seguramente me he expresado mal, pues no tiene nada que ver lo que yo defiendo con el hecho de que haya páginas con copyright. Por supuesto que pueden tener copyright las páginas de patrimonio del estado, ministerios, etc. Lo que yo defiendo ( y puede que este equivocado, que no se trata de querer imponer mi criterio) es que un documento público en vigor ni tiene ni puede tener copyright , salvo que asi se manifieste y que puede ser usado libremente en todo o en parte. Como ejemplo habitual te cito el Plan General de cualquier población. Un Plan General contiene memorias, normas, planos, gráficos, fotografías, información en papel y digital. Toda la información del Plan general es usada libremente por los ciudadanos. No se trata de que la puedan ver, es que la pueden usar y la usan concretamente arquitectos e ingenieros incorporando parte del Plan General en los documento que redactan. Muchos artículos periodístico se basan y transcriben la información que rescatan del mismo y así también libros que contienen transcripciones literales de dicho documento. Por tanto, no solo se usa libremente, sino también comercialmente. Un problema distinto es que haya que citar las referencias, cosa lógica y puede que sea en eso donde no he acertado.

Por todo ello, te pido y os pido ayuda para poder completar positivamente la información que he incluido en wikimedia. Se que debe ser lo mas transparente posible, pero estoy perdido entre estas notas. Un saludo Gafotas 10:37, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Peñas/Mallos de Riglos

Buenas. Te escribo porque el historial de Category:Las Peñas de Riglos dice que la hiciste tú. :) Bueno el caso es que me ha extrañado que se le llame "peñas" en lugar de "mallos". Hay alguna imagen nueva que iba a categorizar pero me ha parado el detalle este. ¿No crees que debería cambiarse a Category:Mallos de Riglos? Buenas. Y yo llamándo al pueblo "Riglos de toda la vida". Ahora lo entiendo. Me queda la duda de si crear Category:Mallos de Riglos como hija de Category:Las Peñas de Riglos, ya que la mayoría de la gente entramos a buscar por mallos y no por Peñas (y no aparece nada). De hecho yo soy de Zaragoza y como te digo, ni me había enterado del cambio por lo que había hecho las búsquedas por mallos. Parece un poco cargado dos categorías para algo tan pequeño, pero creo que sería lo correcto. Dejando la de las Peñas para imágenes del pueblo y la de mallos para los idems ¿Cómo lo ves?
