This user asked in an email to explain why I blocked him. Rather than reply by email, I'll explain it further here. Firstly, the block log gives my reason fairly clearly: Abusing multiple accounts: either a sock or an impersonation of User:Drork, violating the agreement at [1]

If you are indeed the same person as User:Drork, then my expanded reason is as follows: Sockpuppet accounts are not helpful in the first place, especially if they are editing in closely related areas (here the Golan Heights topics), especially if they are not linked. But more importantly, using this new account you directly violated the file handling terms of the "Stop the war" agreement. Therefore it is a sockpuppet engaged in disruption. Permanent block. --99of9 (talk) 12:58, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for this explanation. The whole issue is an innocent misunderstanding. Some Wikimedia projects are not case sensitive and some are. Since my user name originates from the Hebrew and Arabic wikipedias which are not case sensitive, the SUL system created both Drork and DrorK accounts automatically on the Commons (perhaps also on case-sensitive project therefore, in some projects my username was registered as Drork and in some DrorK. If you want to keep "User:DrorK" blocked, that is fine with me, as long as I can use "User:Drork". I do, however, expect some protection against Supreme Deliciousness, who apparently rejects following any agreement reached on issues related to the Golan Heights. I also resent his tendency to search for administrators who, according to his assumptions, would act against me, and ask to hinder my legitimate edits.
