Hi Julie, this is not Wikipedia but a media repository called Wikimedia Commons. So here are no article pages but just media like images, videos, audios and the like. If you think Wikipedia doesn't fit, have a try at Wikibooks or Wikiversity. Best, Achim (talk) 21:29, 7 November 2020 (UTC)

File:Canadian Oil Sands in plain polarized light.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Commons scope
[edit]Hello Dr Julie Dee Bell. I have noticed that you have created various pages, including User:Dr Julie Dee Bell, Category:Julie Dee Bell, and Category:Julie D Bell, with content that looks like a resume or CV. The purpose of Wikimedia Commons is to host freely-licensed media that is usable for an educational purpose, and some of the pages you have created have fallen outside of that scope. While you may share some information about yourself on your user page, it should mostly relate to your contributions to Commons. For more information, please see Commons:Project scope/Pages, galleries and categories § User pages, galleries and categories. In any case, please do not continue to recreate pages that have previously been deleted. If you feel that a page you have created should not have been deleted, you should instead appeal the deletion at Commons:Undeletion requests. You must also make sure that the files you upload are correctly licensed. If you upload files you have previously been published elsewhere, like File:Canadian Oil Sands in plain polarized light.jpg, you should contact the OTRS team to provide evidence that you are the copyright holder. If you continue to create pages that are out of scope on Commons or recreate deleted pages, you may be blocked from editing. Please let me know if you have any questions. --AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 19:11, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
- Hi. If you are wishing for administrators at Wikimedia Commons to enforce a determination, then please continue with these actions. Alternatively you can embark on some conversation so that the pages that you create will be within scope, and you can be a productive contributor to our sites. I would encourage the latter. You can use the template {{Ping}} to get my attention. — billinghurst sDrewth 21:28, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
