The Three Principles of Structured Leadership

• Managing Purpose-An individual level this involves identifying motivations, ambitions, identity, personal strengths, and weaknesses. It is summed up by questions such as “who am I?” and “why am I here?”

• Resolution (intention) options- Intentional Leadership develops and reengages leaders with their purpose, reconnects them with their natural talent, and helps them leverage strategic thinking and influence. Intentional Leadership provided our leaders with the reflections and opportunities to be more purposeful.

• Forecasted Concluded (decided) Results- By engaging people in thinking about the need of forecast uncertainty information to make better decisions, new ideas on how to produce, present and interpret probabilistic forecasts can emerge and be used for training purposes. Their results suggest that forecasts provided with reliable uncertainty estimates lead to better decisions and can improve trust in the forecast information source. Better decisions are those that provide the most economic benefit.
