Use of photograph in the 68W Combat Medic Textbook for U.S. Army.
[edit]Dr. Hawke, my name is Michael Davis. I am a Training Specialist for the 68W Combat Medic Course at FT Sam Houston, TX. We are creating a textbook for our Combat Medics and would love to be able to use your photograph,of a perforated ear drum / otitis media, that you released on Wikipedia. We understand that the photograph, released on Wikipedia, has been released and open for public use, however, we always try to contact the photographer directly to obtain written permission. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mdavisodie (talk • contribs) 17:31, 09 November 2015 (UTC) Permission Granted!
