Not my edits

One edit I did today is credited to 81.99.162.3, an IP address I am not on. I have no idea what is going on, don't really care, and am only mentioning it here in case there is some sort of trouble in the future. This edit is me, and none of the others are, even though mine is in a stream of similar-looking edits to London-ish pics. Go figure. I am baffled. DBaK (talk) 11:50, 2 December 2022 (UTC)

Hmmm well it seems to have been blocked in the past as an open proxy, looking at User talk:81.99.162.3. I still don't understand how my edit, made accidentally from a very ordinary boring IP address – not the proxy! – while logged out, got credited to this one, but maybe the proxy bit brings it closer to comprehension? Prolly doesn't matter anyway, so I will now officially stfu on this topic unless something interesting comes up. Best to all, DBaK (talk) 12:18, 2 December 2022 (UTC)
