File:Apl Maman4.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Hi Das Ungetüm, works of art (including reproductions of them) are copyrighted with the artist until 70 years after his/her death. Therefore you need written permission by the artist, before uploading these images under a free license to Commons. --Túrelio (talk) 13:42, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
Wolfgang von Leverkühn
[edit]A bit late in adding this, basically this is the same message as outlined by Turelio above with regard your Wolfgang von Leverkühn uploads, sorry if it seems like I'm trying to weigh in but since I was the one that nominated them all for speedy, I wanted to give you the courtesy of notifying you in person. Your uploads seem identical to the images found here this may because you are in fact the photographer who took them. However at play here are two copyrights, that of the actual sculptures and that of the photographs, even if you are the creator of the images they are just derivative work of the sculptures, which since the artist is still alive and there being no Freedom of panorama in Belgium mans that they cannot be uploaded to Commons without the permission of the sculptor.KTo288 (talk) 13:57, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
Categorization
[edit]Hi, Das Ungetüm, this file needs to be categorized. Since you were the uploader, your help would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Lotje (talk) 14:10, 24 June 2016 (UTC)
- In fact, thay all need to be categorized and probably renamed. Lotje (talk) 14:13, 24 June 2016 (UTC)
