Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

WLM: European Special Award - European Cultural Heritage

Dear Daniele,

as one of this year's local WLM organizers, we want to let you know about a special award being distributed this year.

With 2018 being the European Year of Cultural Heritage, operating with the slogan “Sharing Heritage”, Wikimedia Deutschland is participating in this Europe-wide project with various activities.

One aspect is a special award that will be given within the WLM contest for the pictures that best capture European Cultural Heritage (the final formulation for the criteria will be published soon). An international jury will be choosing the winners from the national submissions made by the national juries to the international WLM contest.

The following prizes will be awarded to the winners:

1. Up to € 1000 in in-kind prize,

2. Up to € 700 in in-kind prize,

3. Up to € 300 in in-kind prize.

We invite you to spread this information in your national contest and with your national jury, making them aware of this special opportunity. The winners will be announced at the end of the year. More info on criteria and distribution will be published soon on the international WLM site. The German project site can be found here.

Si iniziano a fare le richieste (con un mese di anticipo, iniziamo il primo ottobre) e come ti dissi a luglio d'intesa con User:Kaspo e User:Ettorre ho chiesto le campagne per le due regioni Toscana e Liguria. Ti ricordo che le regioni valutano in parallelo al concorso nazionale. Gli scorsi anni partivamo dopo che Cenci aveva smaltito il grosso del lavoro di selezione a livello nazionale ma non c'è motivo per spingersi così in là, se sappiamo come farlo. Tempo risparmiato, tempo guadagnato.

WLM

Ciao, grazie del Wikioscar :) Non so se ti occuperai tu del concorso anche l'anno prossimo, ma ti lascio comunque un appunto, non si sa mai. Per noi uploaders è importante avere più tempo possibile per scattare e preparare i caricamenti, per cui sarebbe utile avere le prime liste di monumenti da metà luglio o da agosto, perché d'estate c'è più tempo per fare sopralluoghi e le condizioni meteo sono spesso ottime per fare foto buone. Non dico di avere le liste complete, perché so che molti siti vengono liberati all'ultimo momento, però se si potesse sapere almeno quali siti dell'anno precedente sono riconfermati sarebbe già un bell'inizio.
