Thanks for uploading File:Tereshchenko family coat of arms.jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |

Hi, JuTa! You're not going to believe it, but this is the first time I see these notifications, including yours :( I'm kinda new on Wikipedia and I thought I was doing everything right, but I'm blocked from editing and uploading..... I have a written permission to use this coat of arms photo, I believe I unluded this information in description, the author provided me this photo fo free usage, I can copy paste you the email. I always used photos I was given a permission to use, I admit, I might be wrong in dates, but some of the DELETED photos were so old...that I don't understand the reason for deletion. So, basically, all the photos were either old, or given me to use under permission. What do you think we can do about it? :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cyberfoxy6 (talk • contribs) 22:54, 01 October 2016 (UTC)

Sorry to hear this. I haven't seen these notifications earlier (yes, I'm a Wikipedia dummie)))) and newbie :) ) Please undelete it if possible. The photo has almost everyone, who is interested in rare diamonds and their history. But the most important, this diamond belongs to the Tereshchenko family, and was permitted to be in use. Please, write to me your thoughts and ideas, I'd love to resolve this misunderstanding :) Friendly, Cyberfoxy6 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cyberfoxy6 (talk • contribs) 22:58, 01 October 2016 (UTC)
File tagging File:Tereshchenko family coat of arms.jpg
[edit]This media was probably deleted.
|
Thanks for uploading File:Tereshchenko family coat of arms.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Tereshchenko family coat of arms.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

Hello Cyberfoxy6.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |
Taivo (talk) 09:30, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

Taivo)) I thought you're a troll (are you?:) )! You have a misleading information on your profile page. But anyway. I don't understand Russian. The first TWO photos were provided me personally :) the fact they were already on internet, was logical for me as I thought it could help in references because I would be asked (BY YOU for example) to cite or provide a ref regarding the photo (wouldn't I? :) ) - but fine - we won't use them. As for the churches you may be right, MAY BE, some of them are free for posting on other websites..... I don't understand what's the problem to use a photo that is free? I didn't edit it. I provided a link (the old Wikipedia rules asked for the LINK if it was taken from internet). Anyways, I believe I should find photographers and ask for the photos of the churches in order to upload them here. And last, I manage Tereshchenkos Wiki pages, because I was permitted to do so, photos of their diamond, a rose, mansions etc belong to the Tereshchenko family, and I edit their pages. It's a huge name - Tereshchenko - so it's reasonable to be more subtle in expressions, I love my works, my pages, they deserve to have pages (duh), and I hope you undestand now why I was so upset when you deleted SO MANY pics all AT ONCE, ok? Let me know, please, what can be done, your thoughts and suggestions, how to recreate photos, I am currently blocked by Elcobbola smh, I sent her/him an email, but got no response, if you know her/him drop a few words or so, that I was unaware on what's going on, and had no idea, someone could disbelieve my contributions. Yes, of course, I should ask the photographer's name, BUT the photo is SO old, that wouldn't it be fair to be left in peace on Wikipedia?? Elizabeth has already passed away, the person was incredibly prominent.. But, for you, I WILL find out the details :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cyberfoxy6 (talk • contribs) 23:18, 01 October 2016 (UTC)--Cyberfoxy6 (talk) 23:53, 1 October 2016 (UTC)--Cyberfoxy6 (talk) 23:55, 1 October 2016 (UTC)

Hi! I have sent you an email, but I believe you have no wish to talk to me for unknown reason to me. Luckily, there's a page I actually can speak). First, I have just learned to use my TaklPage)))) Second, I have just realized about the notifications I was referred to, including photos) Thanks, for educative character and manner :) Third, and most important, I really thought Taivo was troll))))) as you have noticed I only edit Tereshchenkos pages, and my intentions to reupload to deleted photos were due my lack of knowledge on Wikipedia, now I know I have to see my TalkPage and use my voice to clarify the questions (if exist). There was nothing "personal" about Taivo, as I have no idea who was this, I visited his/her page and it was all about "trolling" information))) Idk why) so I made a conclusion smb hacked my pages, deleted information etc this is why I asked for Administration to HELP. If you understand me, please, let me know what you think about it, let me know if you can help me to advance my knowldge on Wikipedia tools and managing, I would be glad to talk to you.
