My apologies for deleting this in mid-creation. We see about 100 new Gallery pages a day and 90% of them are as your was when I deleted it -- blank, incomplete, out-of-scope, vandalism, or otherwise not useful. Your best bet when creating a new Gallery page is to do it in your own user space, perhaps User:Cuchullain/Sandbox, and then copy it to gallery space when it ready for public viewing. Alternately, put a note at the top such as "Under Construction -- Images Coming Shortly" and the Admins will leave you alone.
