Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Jenže se jedná o Creative Commons Uveďte autora-Neužívejte komerčně 3.0 Česko (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/cz/). Parametr Neužívejte komerčně není na Wikipedii a sesterských projektech přípustný, proto tu tato fotka bohužel zůstat nemůže. --Harold (talk) 12:34, 17 July 2013 (UTC)

Omlouvám se, to jsem přehlédl. Avšak, autorem fotek otce Břicháčka a otce Marouše jste skutečně Vy, když jsou uvolněny pod Creative Commons Uveďte autora? Nemohl byste je tedy prosím nahrát ve vyšším rozlišení? Díky. --Harold (talk) 12:34, 17 July 2013 (UTC)

Dodatek "nekomerční použití" je pro Wikipedii nepřípustný? Myslel jsem, že je to ryze nekomerční projekt. Pokud tam tedy nemůže zůstat fotografie P. Sysla, pak tam nemohou zůstat ani fotografie P. Břicháčka a P. Marouše. Ve zdrojové stránce (http://www.kaplicky.pension11.com/domains/kaplicky.pension11.com/doku.php?id=kdyne) jsem změnil licenci na "CC Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 Unported". Trochu mi to z Vaší strany připomíná buzeraci. Nemusíte mi už odpovídat, všechny fotky odstraňte. Ještě, že jste tak bdělý a po třech letech jste "závadné" fotky v článku konečně objevil.

Chci Vám to vysvětlit. Wikipedie (a sesterské projekty nadace Wikimedia) je sama o sobě nekomerční projekt. Ovšem sama chce také poskytovat texty, fotky a jiná díla, která je možno i dále používat a šířit - proto jsou používány svobodné licence, především Creative Commons. A aby byla co nejsvobodnější, umožňuje svůj veškerý obsah využívat i komerčně. Tato podmínka pak zaručuje i např. to, že může být část Wikipedie vydána na DVD, které se prodává (mám takový pocit, že toto proběhlo v Německu), apod. Proto tu mohou být z celé škály parametrů licence Creative Commons využívány pouze dvě kombinace, a to Creative Commons Uveďte autora (CC BY) a Creative Commons Uveďte autora-Zachovejte licenci (CC BY-SA), parametr Noncommercial se neshoduje s politikou nadace Wikimedia Foundation a ani s celým dosavadním obsahem Wikipedie a ostatních sesterských projektů. To není žádná buzerace, to je prostě fakt, který buď přijmete nebo nikoliv. Podmínky užití jsou uvedeny na [1].

Když to napíšu otevřeně, nejsem si jist Vaším autorstvím fotek otce Břicháčka a otce Marouše, jak uvádíte u fotek. Řekl bych, že se spíš jedná o nějaké fotky z archivu, minimálně u otce Marouše to tak docela vypadá. --Harold (talk) 15:42, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
