South African government copyright
[edit]Greetings,
According to the 1978 South African copyright law, which is still in force, government artwork (I guess that is what SADF emblem would be) is copyrighted for 50 years after publication, even though the SADF no longer exists. If you could show that the emblems were worn before 1969 (50 years ago), they would be in public domain and could stay on Commons. Kges1901 (talk) 17:07, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
SADF badges
[edit]Goog evening, @Caracal Rooikat. I noticed you provided an amazing wealth of pictures about SADF badges. If you want, you can eliminate the white background by using the tool PNG Maker. I hope this helps.
Best regards!
