File:687-6877815 ashley-mizuki-robbins-3-ac.png has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Эlcobbola talk 20:40, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
- User:elcobbola, I really do not appreciate being gaslit by people who are supposed to represent Wikimedia Commons, when all I'm trying to do is contribute to wikipedia and make an effort. I get insulted, you remove the evidence after I bring it up, then get zero explanation. I would've appreciated any type of explanation, even as flimsy a one as "I didn't mean it in a bad way", it's the fact your method was to side-step it happening at all, and using your privileged position to gaslit me over a personal attack I know occurred, that has gotten me annoyed. You had the chance to make me believe you weren't actually being personal with me and that I was misinterpreting it the wrong way (which I actively admitted was possible mind you), but your lie about it not happening just caused me to understand that it was personal; I don't know what the heck I did in the first place to cause you to make a remark like that about me. And not having the evidence to prove my stance, because you types of users have the privileges available to just destroy the evidence, is just infuriating.
- I'm not going to bother filing a legit complaint, because 1) I don't have the proof so I know it'll be dismissed, and 2) it'd be too petty over what was a simple remark. Nevertheless, this has massively put me off contributing in the future, and it's also massively lowered my overall opinion of the wikimedia and wikipedia community. If it's this easy for your type to act this way and get away with it, there is something seriously wrong with how things are structured around here. --Cappack (talk) 21:28, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
- Honestly, User:elcobbola, the fact that you bothered writing this up and adding it to this page over such a petty dispute, without directing addressing me or my accusation head-on, only helps confirm to me that I'm correct. I know what I saw, and I'm just looking for an explanation beyond "you're delusional" and passive-aggressiveness. Even about a glitch, or some such. At the least, your conduct here has been pathetic. Your immediate instinct when I asked politely for an explanation was to dismiss what I said in an overtly rude manner ("I don't know what Cappack is talking about, and it appears they do not either.") when I was not looking for confrontation, and simple explanation like "you mostly likely conflated [thing A] with [thing B] would've been appreciated.
- The more you make this molehill into a mountain, the worse you appear, and the more I have the instinct to file a complaint. Because I realise now it's less your actual insult that is the problem, and more your attitude towards the request for explanation. You were quick to take my request for explanation personally, and look down on me over it (which, I will say, only helps confirm to me that you DID include that personal attack; as does your weird detailed account of my activities, and your needed to make this into such a big deal, all of which paint an image of personal vendetta against me).
- And FYI, You have been gaslighting me; you've been gaslighting what I'm upset about, that being your passive-aggressive, and pointlessly rude conduct towards me, by reiterating how I violated copyright (which I actively admitted to, and I accepted that side of your explanation) and how I somehow am an awful person for not wanting to be insulted for asking for an explanation for something I believe I witnessed. --Cappack (talk) 22:44, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
