Portugal's recognition of the Holodomor as genocide

Hello! I am about your map. Didn't Portugal recognize the Holodomor as genocide?[1] It's just that on all maps, Portugal is marked as a country that recognized the Holodomor as genocide, and Italy and Spain as countries that simply condemned it as a crime against humanity. 46.211.76.40 23:30, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

Hello! First of all i wanted to thank you for you comment, that help me ameliorate my self, i have changed the map, though there is an update that happened several hours after your messages, The European union parlement have recognized the Holodomor as an act of genocide, Italy and Spain are both member of the European union, so i just changed their colors on the map, as they don't rechonize it as a genocide at the National level but on a europeabn union.
