User talk:Botanikeren
Our first steps help file and our FAQ will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy. You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki - it is really easy. More information is available at the Community Portal. You may ask questions at the Help desk, Village Pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons. You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at Commons talk:Licensing. |

Your images
[edit]You uploaded some images tagged "GFDL" but also saying that you are (only) having an "oral permission to use picture non-commersial". But non-commecial pictures are not allowed on Commons, see Commons:Project scope. I have marked your images for unsufficiant licenses, so unless you are providing images without the non-comercial restriction they are going to be deleted. At Image:Marisko2.jpg I am not sure whether you are having a permission to use this picture under the GFDL (if so, please forward it to permissions@wikimedia.org) or not. --Matt314 19:46, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
Since I don't need the pictures in articles anymore, I would like to delete them anyway (except the one of Microstylis monophyllos), but I don't know how I delete them! I don't think I'm allowed to publish the pictures of Cypripedium calceolus, Ophrys insectifera and Cephalanthera rubra anyway. Also, I think it is weird that pictures on the non-commercial Wikipedia can be used commercially.. --Botanikeren 09:15, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
