Hello, and thank your for sharing your files with Commons. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. Please remember that all uploads require source, author and license information. Could you please resolve these problems, which are described on the page linked in above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which information may be missing. Please note that if you won't provide a valid license in 7 days your image will be deleted and if you upload a lot of images without licenses you may be blocked from editing wikimedia-commons. Thank you.

- The image has not a license (here and on the be-wiki). Why the image is free? Where did you take it? Because on commons can be used only free images taken by the author or images that were released by him. So, is it the case or you just download it (that means the image is not free and cannot be used?) Bye, --Filnik\b[Rr]ock\b!? 11:05, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
Well, according to the Belorussian Wikipedia, the photo has its origin from the site of the president of Belarus. Here are the needed links in Russian and Belorussian confirming that all images therefrom are to be freely distributed. I am going to write this on the picture I uploaded immediately :)
Bogorm 15:21, 3 May 2008 (EET)
- I have already finalised describing and adding information about the photo. I am looking forward to your approbation. I hope that the deletion of the photo will be prevented in accordance to the added information Bogorm 15:59, 3 May 2008 (EET)
- Public domain was not the best option, because of the "without any conditions" clause which does not guarantee the attribution required by the press office of the belarussian president. More suitable are Template:Copyrighted free use provided that or Template:CopyrightedFreeUse-Link. I chose the first one in order to add more details in the template. You may just copy/paste and adapt this license for your future uploads from the same site or other sites with similar terms of use. Cheers! --Spiritia 06:53, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
Pay attention to copyright | Image:LukashenkoChavez.jpg has been marked as a copyright violation. The Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content, that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You can ask questions about Commons policies in Commons:Help desk.
The file you added will soon be deleted. If you believe this image is not a copyright violation, please explain why on the image description page.

I apologize for overseeing the copyright status of the mentioned picture. But I insist that the template with the inscription:
"This image does not have sufficient information on its copyright status." relinquish the following picture, where I already provided sufficient information about copyright status.

- No problem, template removed. It is best if you reply on the talk page of the person you are talking to, rather than your own - this way they get a message notifying them of the change. -mattbuck (Talk) 14:02, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

I have already redressed the problem from the flickr. I oblige myself never more to upload pictures from this unreliable site. The new picture showing the two presidents is from the official site of the president of Belarus and is to be freely distributable in Internet

Republic of Macedonia
[edit]Please stop your harmful edits! 'redressed distorted name of the country' is not what you have done. The prefix 'Former Yugoslav' is used only in articles on the English Wikipedia where the main subject is Greece; here, we call the country 'Republic of Macedonia'. Thank you. --iNkubusse? 20:00, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
- What do you think of this? France, Germany, Spain, Italy, India are all using FYRM, is there any reason to indulge in the turkish and anglosaxon stance? I am asking you reverently not as a Macedonian but as a Wikipedian wherefore is the official policy of four of the EU members, India and Sancta Sedes to be neglected? Is there a Wikipedia rule on this? It is not at all confined only to Greece. I am eager to hearing your justification for your reversions of my edits Bogorm (talk) 12:00, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Hello, Bogorm, I noticed your recent activity on Wikimedia Commons and I'd like to comment it. For instance,
- this edit is helpful and I thank you for noticing this technical mistake and correcting it, although adjective "misleading" in your summary does not show your good faith and mellowness.
- This edit is pure nonsense but I hope that after thinking a while about it, you'll work out your mistake and will not allow it anymore.
- However, edits of this sort are unwelcome, please refrain from these.
You're well known on Bulgarian Wikipedia for your POV edits and edit warring. Please, be sure that I will closely observe your edits and will not allow you to transfer any destructive behaviour on the territory of Wikimedia Commons. →Spiritia 06:31, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- Concerning the second remark - if you propose that the Bulgarian language be written only in Latin alphabets, then make a proposal for the abolition of cyrillic script in bg Wikipedia and the acceptance of "shlyokavitsa". You are well know in Bulgarian Wikipedia for making rude and contumelious comments and innumerable insulting Argumenta ad hominem and for your not impartial attitude towards a Macedonist there trying to belittle the names in the titles of articles about Bulgarian towns by adding Turkish and Greek names. Please refrain from any efforts of intimidation as "I will wath you" and from intruding insults like the quoted above and from trying to blame me for this person's edit warring there.
- Concerning the third remark: take a look at this and please ponder a bit about whether with with the greatest EU members France, Germany, Spain and Italy using FYRM it is worth taking the atlantic position which is contrary to most of the EU contries and thus providing the article with a blatant pro-turkish, pro-macedonist and pro-anglosaxon POV, which you are currently supporting by your last remark. Ah, and please remember, this is not the Bulgarian Wikipedia where only the bg government's position is praised, there are this four most venerable members of the EU, there is India and, not at the last place, there is Sancta Sedes, all of which would be neglected by a unilateral possible reversion to the POV name. Please refrain from transforming my talk here into a field for relapsing in infuriation and from compelling all readers to read ostentatious rootless quolibets llke it was already done in my talk page (link above) in the bg Wikipedia and which repulsed me finally from editting there. Bogorm (talk) 11:56, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Look, Bogorm, I'm not gonna discuss this. It's been talked over and over and over again. And I wasn't even involved in the debates. I'm just following the community's consensus. If you want more info, please ask User:Future Perfect at Sunrise or ask him to direct you somewhere else. I'm not the man, I'm just carrying out tasks. By the way, I'm sorry for removing the ja desc here, it was a mistake, so please don't call me a vandal, it's pretty lame. And since I don't understand Japanese, can you please remove the 'Former Yugoslav' part? Thanks. --iNkubusse? 14:04, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- What do you think thereof ? But I do not speak other exciting languages as Arabic or Hindi unfortunately. Ah, wait, I can add it in Greek, in Greek there is only one possibility for the name! Please, do not be angry with me, it is not malignant... Reverently. I will consider your proposition, ok? Bogorm (talk) 14:48, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- No, actually, I can not write it in Greek, I have no idea how possession is to be expressed in that language unlike Chinese and Japanese... Luck for you. Bogorm (talk) 14:52, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- Umm... Why for me? I don't have a problem with that. The Greeks use ΠΓΔΜ only and that's it. Here, I'll add it (I hope it's correct...). --iNkubusse? 15:39, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- I can not determine this, I have no idea of the Greek language at all except for their alphabet and some 10-15 words. But if you do not mind, I have written it thoroughly. With best regards. Bogorm (talk) 19:18, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
- No, I don't mind at all. I like it more that way. --iNkubusse? 20:50, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Be aware of your behaviour and of your nationalistic opinions here. If you continue to vandalize the COA of Macedonia, I have to inform some of the admins here. Also see you Macedonian talk page for this cross wiki harassment of the Macedonian wiki community. --MacedonianBoy (talk) 12:09, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
- Dear user, we knew and now are confirmed your attentions. Let other users, without Balkan (particularly BG and GR) nationalistic opinion to edit that sentence. It is not good at all such behaviour. I have said what I thought, and I hope you understand my point. Regards.--MacedonianBoy (talk) 14:58, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
- Additionally, now you can see that the ZH and the JA descriptions are better.--MacedonianBoy (talk) 15:02, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
