General

Bertie, las imágenes que subas deben de tener información de origen (autor, sitio de donde las has sacado) para poder verificar tus afirmaciones de licencia. Por otra parte, la legislación española establece que una obra de arte tiene derechos de autor hasta ochenta años tras la muerte de su autor, por lo que no puedes poner un {{PD-old}} para cualquier cosa que se hizo hace mucho tiempo. Bertie, me parece fascinate (y lo digo sinceramente) que aún, a pesar de haberte indicado dónde está especificado, sigas sin comprender las reglas más sencillas de la gestión de imágenes en commons (recuerda, en commons; lo que hagan otras webs es problema suyo). Voy a tratar de explicártelas para que, por una parte, no pierdas el tiempo y, sobre todo, no nos lo hagas perder a los demás:

1. La legislación española establece ochenta años tras la muerte del autor para el paso de los derechos de explotación de sus obras al dominio público.
2. Todo lo que se encuentra en Internet tiene, a menos que se indique expresamente lo contrario, copyrith.
3. Para esculturas que se encuentren en espacios públicos, esto no rige (no así si se encuentran en un museo).

Por lo que respecta a las imágenes de las que yo he pedido información (el resto se las puedes explicar a Dodo, que es quien las ha pedido) deduzco de tu mensaje que:

1. Image:Alfonso Carlos de Borbón.jpg es de autoría y origen desconocido. Es muy posible que se encuentre en el dominio público (es una fotografía), pero sin información de origen, es imposible determinarlo.
2. Image:Jean Armand de Maillé-Brézé (1619-1646).jpg está, efectivamente, en el dominio público por antigüedad.
3. Image:Mengistu2.gif y Image:Mengistu.jpg son claras violaciones de copyright y debería ser eliminadas de ipso facto.
4. Image:Cea-bermudez.gif es de autoría y origen desconocido. Si es contemporánea al personaje, estará en el dominio público, pero no hay información que permita asegurarlo.

Se ve que no leíste las normas: Commons:Sobre las licencias. Debes siempre indicar el origen para poder comprobar la licencia, algo que no estás haciendo en la mayoría de los casos. Y sí, una estatua del siglo XV está en el dominio público, pero una fotografía de la misma no tiene por qué estarlo, como se explica en el enlace que te dejo.
