Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Life of author plus 70 years

Hi. In terms of those two 1930s newspaper photos. Have you identified the author/photographer of each? If yes, who were they? If not, how do we know they died before 1954? Are you confident that those images are correctly licenced/labelled? Guliolopez (talk) 13:20, 27 March 2024 (UTC)

When did Arthur H Davis die? Are you sure it was 1954 or earlier? There was an Arthur H Davis who had a photography studio at 30 Westmoreland Street. Is he the author/photographer for that image? Do you have a definitive date of death? If not, are we sure that we can confidently declare that "PD-old-70" applies? Guliolopez (talk) 20:27, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
