Location?
[edit]Hi Beendy - thanks for adding your photos to Commons! Could you add some details about where you took them, please. This makes them more useful, and helps with identification and adding the best categories. Thanks! - MPF (talk) 16:42, 4 May 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you. I will go back to my photos and add location. Most grateful Beendy234 (talk) 05:21, 5 May 2023 (UTC)
File:Ingredients for jollof rice.jpg
[edit]Hi, Beendy234! I'm so thrilled with this photo! Thank you so much for taking it and uploading it!
I've added it to Jollof rice at English Wikipedia. I would love to be able to note the ingredients...is it chili peppers, plum tomatoes, tomato paste, an onion, several pieces of fish, obviously the rice, but what is the white powder in the dish on the bottom left? And is that a bouillon cube with the white powder? And is that cooking oil in the little bowl on the bottom right? Thanks for any help! Valereee (talk) 14:49, 18 September 2023 (UTC)
- So sorry for the late reply. I am still relatively new in using upload wizards. The white powder on the dish is salt and beside it is seasoning cube for jollof. Yes that’s groundnut oil .
- Thank you so much.
- I am gland that my upload is helpful. Beendy234 (talk) 15:30, 18 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi, sorry, but all these sculptures are works of art and thereby copyrighted. The copyright belongs to the sculptor. As Nigeria has no freedom-of-panorama exception, you cannot publish these images under a free license. --Túrelio (talk) 12:18, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
- Well guided. Thank you so much for the guidance and explanation. I will not upload any works of art again. Beendy234 (talk) 20:43, 30 September 2023 (UTC)

Location & description
[edit]Hi, I please you to add location and content description again. You can read more tips about categories here. File description should be about "what we see in the picture", not "what we feel about it": e.g. here it should be "Two children taking water from the water tap in XYZ (place description)". This approach ensures better usability for encyclopedic and educational purposes. Regards — Draceane talkcontrib. 08:28, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
- Well guided. Thank you very much.
- Should I go back and amend the title or is it too late? Beendy234 (talk) 09:16, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
- I have amended the description as advised.Thank you. Beendy234 (talk) 09:35, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Beendy234: It's never too late, adding some more precise information would be great. Thank you for your contributions! — Draceane talkcontrib. 12:59, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
