- Hallo Turelio, du hattest heute gefragt, wer die beiden Fotos zum Maler Fritz Laubenthal aufgenommen hat, die ich hochgeladen hatte. Die habe ich selbst vom Originalgemälde abfotografiert, bin also der Urheber der Fotos. Was das Gemälde betrifft, so ist Laubenthal 1944 gestorben, das Urheberrecht nach über 70 Jahren somit erloschen. Ich bin kein Wiki-Experte und weiß nicht, in welche Abseitsfalle ich da gelaufen bin, sehe aber rechtlich kein Problem und bin etwas unglücklich über die Löschung. Kannst du helfen? - Du hattest dich als Urheber angegeben und eine self-Lizenz gewählt. Das geht bei der getreuen Reproduktion einer 2-dimensionalen Vorlage nicht, weil du damit - nach unserer Auffassung ud nach US-Recht - kein eigenes Urheberrecht erwirbst. Deshalb hatte ein anderer Kollege beide Bilder als URV markiert. Abgesehen von der irrtümlichen Angabe ist es aber keine URV, da die Werke des Malers ja gemeinfrei sind. Ich habe bereits die entsprechenden Bausteine eingesetzt. Du solltest jetzt noch im Feld source folgendes einsetzen {{Self-photographed}} und zwar anstelle meines "so far unknown". --Túrelio (talk) 20:06, 13 October 2018 (UTC)

Hallo Audelar Berg, vielen Dank für die Bilder und den Artikel auf Wikipedia! Wo hast Du das Gemälde denn photographiert? Bei Kunstwerken gehört der gegenwärtige Standort immer zu den wichtigsten Daten zur Identifizierung. Befindet es sich in einem Museum, einer öffentlichen Sammlung, einer privaten Sammlung? Im letzten Fall kann {{Private collection}} auf der Dateibeschreibungsseite verwendet werden. Ich kann es aber gern eintragen.
