Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

Your image has been reverted. This appears to be a copyvio as it came from: https://www.flickr.com/photos/87372922@N00/37418332581/ theinstantmatrix (talk) 13:47, 2 December 2017 (UTC)

Stop overwriting images.
[edit]If you want to upload a new file of an One World Trade Center, then that's fine, as long as that image is freely licensed, but what is NOT fine is you attempting to overwrite images with a completely different content. See Commons:Overwriting existing files. Any more overwrites and you may end up on a trip to Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/Blocks and protections. theinstantmatrix (talk) 14:06, 2 December 2017 (UTC)
