- Bonjour Argos83,
- permettez moi de vous expliquer en clair la suppression de ce fichier.
- Tout d'abord Wikimedia Commons n'admet que les licences CC - c'est-à-dire Commons - (qui sont parmis les plus larges) ou celles qui lui sont compatibles. Par aileurs elle respecte de façon très stricte (mais cela est aussi un bien pour vous) le droit d'auteur.
- Partant de ces données :
- Aucune licence de Facebook n'est compatible avec celles de Commons (des robots font la verification en permanence sur ces sites, blog, etc.) ;
- Le fait d'être propriétaire d'une oeuvre d'art (définie par la loi) ne vous accorde aucun droit si ce n'est de l'exposer où vous le souhaitez sauf si l'auteur (décédé depuis moins de 70 ans) y a mis une restriction. C'est tout ! Ainsi vous n'avez pas le droit, sur une reproduction de modifier la couleur du ciel...
- Vous publiez la photo d'une médaille qui comporte un logotype qui n'est pas "simple" au sens de Commons (cette interpretation est large en regard de celle de la loi) puisqu'il résulte du travail d'un artiste (même si vous êtes le commanditaire de ce qui est une oeuvre, le droit d'auteur reste attaché à l'artiste) ;
- S'agisssant de la photographie d'une médaille, l'objet premier est en trois dimensions donc incompatible.
- Toutes ces explications se veulent uniquement explicatives et essaient de répondre à votre question.

Catégorie. Licences. Titres

- votre très beau cliché du fort Napoléon qui illustre maintent l'article Île du Levant était pratiquement introuvable... En effet, il n'était pas catégorisé. Ici mettez pour tous vos téléversements concernant l'île : "Levant Island"
- il est important de saisir une bonne licence. Le téléverseur n'est pas toujours l'auteur même s'il détient l'oeuvre. Le pseudonyme du téléverseur apparait toujours (et son adresse mail peut être retrouvée). Dans le meilleur des cas une explication pourra vous être demandée, ou la suppression réalisée si votre réponse n'est pas rapide (cf. File:Titre de la revue de l'Association naturiste des Amis de l'Ile du Levant.jpg dès lors que la licence n'est pas adequate.
- Plus accessoirement recherchez des titres courts, Commons cherche toujours l'harmonisation. (Ici se pourrait être : "Association naturiste des amis de l'Ile du Levant. En-tête" , ce qui est déjà long. Ou mieux : "ADLI. En-tête".
