You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Maps of the seas

Hi Aplaice, just like the message above, I also wanted to thank you for your uploads based on the IHO maritime division. Besides, will there be other map creations in the future, which would also be based on the 1953 document or on the Wikipedia article List of seas#Largest seas by area. I'm thinking, among others, of the seas of Antarctica, the Bering Sea or the North Atlantic Ocean. Ellicrum _{{bablute [...]}} 12:37, 24 January 2024 (UTC)

Yes, I'm intending to do all the "IHO seas", at some point, though (other than limited time), one major issue is that the Natural Earth Data (which I use as the main source) has a greater discrepancy from the IHO definitions for many of the remaining seas than for the seas that I've already uploaded, so I'm hesitant to use the Natural Earth Data shapefiles as-is.
