Hi Ana Carlota, who ist the painter and where exactly is this painting located (location, indoors, outdoors)? --Túrelio (talk) 12:35, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- El pintor es Luis Ruíz Rodríguez y se encuentra en el Archivo-museo de san Juan de Dios "Casa de los Pisa" en Granada Ana Carlota Valle (talk) 12:57, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks. So, the image is not covered by the FoP-exception of Spain and a permission by the painter is required. Are you in contact with Luis Ruíz Rodríguez or willing to contact him? If yes, you could ask him for a permission. Otherwise, the image needs to be deleted as it violates his copyright. --Túrelio (talk) 13:03, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- Me ha facilitado la imagen el museo. Ellos tienen la propiedad de la imagen, pero les pregunto y confirmo. Saludos 188.76.139.245 13:11, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- Problem is, the owner of a painting usually does not have the copyright. It remains with the artist. So, the artist himself needs to confirm that he does not object that your photography of his painting is released under the choosen free license, and he needs to confirm this directly to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org (OTRS); it can be in spanish; but forwarding is not accepted. --Túrelio (talk) 13:37, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- ¿podemos borrar la imagen? Disculpa el error Ana Carlota Valle (talk) 17:10, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- Done, per your wish. --Túrelio (talk) 08:23, 14 May 2024 (UTC)
