Notification about possible deletion
[edit]Some contents have been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether they should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at their entry.
If you created these pages, please note that the fact that they have been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with them, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

- Oppose You are blocked for sock-puppetry; the copyvios and recreations of deleted files out of process are secondary. "The administrator claims that I am trying to load files that have already been deleted, but I am trying to correct copyright information in order"--your "but" does not refute or excuse the "claim" (which is, rather, not a claim, but objective fact). For example:
- 23 March 2013 - you uploaded File:Agassiz mdb.jpg - it was deleted 16 February 2016
- 01 March 2016 - you reuploaded the same image with the identical copyright information (!!!) - it was deleted 4 February 2018
- 08 March 2018 - you reuploaded the same image using a sock account, Raonikulesza, with the identical copyright information (!!!) - it was deleted 9 March 2018
- 13 March 2018 - you reuploaded the same image changing the source from "own" to "Acervo" (archive/collection)
- This sequence of events happened for multiple other images. That you are "trying to correct copyright information" seems untrue. You've either changed nothing in the recreated files, or changed nothing of substance--you did not even bother to participate at the DR or, apparently, read it to learn the concern: in addition to the images' being previously published and attributed to various and inconsistent persons, you purport to be Agassiz Almeida, the mere subject of these images. Copyright is held by the author (photographer), not the subject. You would need to arrange for the authors to provide permission directly, or provide written conveyances that transferred to you the copyrights using the process at COM:OTRS. There is no information you could add to the image description ("trying to correct copyright information") to resolve this. This, again, also is in addition to the issue of sock-puppetry.
