Thanks for uploading File:Biennale Cuvée.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Biennale Cuvée.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Images are not under a Commons-compliant license on Flickr. Same problem with File:OK Foyer.jpg. --Túrelio (talk) 10:36, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am the Photographer... the Usernames are clearly the same So why are my Pictures deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by A kep (talk • contribs) 19:43, 3 January 2012‎ (UTC)[reply]

Obviously you didn't read the paragraph above your comment. You have sourced these uploads to Flickr pages, where all these images are under a Commons-non-compliant license, i.e. NC-restriction. That your username on Commons resembles the Flickr username is no proof. Anybody could have opened an account with that name on Commons. The easiest way to solve this problem is that you temporarily change the license on Flickr to CC-something without NC-restriction. Then re-add the {{Flickreview}} tag to all your Flickr-sourced uploads to Commons and let the Flickreview bot run. After the bot has confirmed the Commons-compliant license, you can change the licensing on Flickr back to the original value. --Túrelio (talk) 09:57, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thats exactly what i did but if the wikimedia-system is that shitty und uncenvenient to use it seems to me that it can also exist without my pictures.--A Kep —Preceding comment was added at 10:48, 5 January 2012‎ (UTC)[reply]

http://www.flickr.com/photos/86753828@N00/4584308945 was NC-restricted on day of upload, January 2, and is still NC-restricted at this moment. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Túrelio (talk • contribs) 10:53, 5 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
