File:Pink Dolphin Monument (statue).jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added may soon be deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please replace the copyvio tag with {{subst:OP}} and have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you disagree that the file is a copyright violation for any other reason, please replace the copyvio tag with a regular deletion request. Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Deleting the images: and File:Pink Dolphin Monument statue.jpg
[edit]Why has my image been deleted twice? I am the photographer of this image, and hold ownership of the image. When I uploaded the image, all of the metadata was uploaded with the file. I have put no restrictions on using this image on Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons, or elsewhere on the internet. Wikimedia Commons sent me a message that I have uploaded several files that are copyright violations. However, this is the only image that I have uploaded, and I have now uploaded it twice (see the two files above). Additionally, Wikimedia Commons sent me a warning saying that my account will be blocked if I continue to upload the image. There is no reason for this or for my image to be continually deleted. Please restore my image or tell me how to upload it without it being deleted again. 221fbb100918 (talk) 14:34, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
- See Commons:Derivative works and Commons:Freedom of Panorama#United States. A photograph of a piece of contemporary sculptural art is not free until a permission is obtained from the sculptor. To explain why you think you are a copyright holder, please follow COM:OTRS procedure.Sealle (talk) 15:10, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
You have been blocked for a duration of 1 week
[edit]You have been blocked from editing Commons for a duration of 1 week for the following reason: uploading unfree files after warnings.
If you wish to make useful contributions, you may do so after the block expires. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{unblock|(enter your reason here) ~~~~}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. See also the block log. Magnolia677 has again illegitimately deleted my image of the sculpture that I produced. I have sent proof of Copyright Permission to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org on July 31 (Ticket#2017073110029699). Why is my image still being taken down? Please tell me how to upload the image without it being taken down. In addition, there is no reason to block my account. 221fbb100918 (talk) 17:37, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
