Looks like you not followed the advice given in answer to your question. Instead you have just stolen the first-best photos you found and uploaded it. To upload something here it must be free content. Not visible for free but free in terms of copyright, see Commons:Licensing. Or better, see Commons:First steps... --Martin H. (talk) 20:11, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
Please, Martin, instead of helping me you accuse me of steeling photos. I inform you that I deal with the archives of the Kitsikis family and that the three photos I have uploaded have the copright of Dimitri Kitsikis from which I have the authorization to use. I would appreciate if you would put back the photos and answer my question about the third photo. I need to retrieve the code number that I lost. Thanks.--Λέων (talk) 20:36, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
- The first file is not lost but also deleted because of copyright infringement. Its grabbed from http://www.flickr.com/photos/cruz_fr/5141273584/ - you however only uploaded the thumbnail version that you found on google imagesearch and you uploaded it with the information "own work". Apparently the photo was taken by a Chilean student from France who traveled Greece, nothing with "family archive", nothing with "copyright by Dimitri Kitsikis". --Martin H. (talk) 21:17, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
Please Martin, as I am new I need your help and you should'nt insist on something you are unaware of. More pecisely the two photos that you took out from the biographies of Dimitri Kitsikis (in English) and Nikos Kitsikis, the father (in Greek) belong and are the copyright of the Kitsikis family. Go to www.idkf.gr which are the Archives and Library in Athens,Greece of the Dimitri Kitsikis Foundation. As you know, Google - images show any picture that can be seen on the Internet. So, if someone has to be blamed, this is Google. Tell me what else you want me to prove to you, but again put back the two photos that I have placed in the two biographies.--Λέων (talk) 21:38, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
- You asked if you can upload a photo that you found in google imagesearch. You then uploaded the very first image that appears on google in the same size, same resolution, same quality, with the claim that you created it. Simple case: you was told not to copy from google imagesearch, you not liked it, you simply did it.
- You then claim that a photo that in fact comes from a private flickr photo album is from some family archive. Sorry, but I dont think there is something I can do for you. Do not copy images that you found on google imagesearch, unless the copyright holder - the photographer - voluntarily published the photo under a free content license. --Martin H.
