Zia Wasil Fazli was born in Balkh, Afghanistan in 1985.He spent his childhood years in the Province of Balkh, however in order to obtain better educational opportunities his family later returned to Kabul, where he enrolled at Afghan Bakhter High School. Afterwards, Mr. Fazli obtained allowed him to enroll at Ibne Sina University and . He now has diploma in Journalism and the English Language. During his education, Mr. Zia Wasil enrolled in various courses of journalism in DW, ATN. As a result, he has continued personal development through many short and long-term trainings and workshops inside country in fields like Management, Human Rights and Media. In addition, Mr. Zia Wasil has 11 years of work experience in Afghan Media, including RTA TV, Radio Kabul, Saba TV, Radio Nawa and ATN Ariana & Ariana News. His numerous responsibilities while working for these media outlets included producing, presenting, directing, and managing content in different subjects. Furthermore, Mr. Zia Wasil is also fluent in English, as well as Pashto and Persian. He also has basic skills in Uzbeki and Urdu. He has utilized his proficiency in these languages in the past, by writing hundreds of articles on political and social issues for Pashto and Persian audiences. Currently, he is a Political Show Presenter of Ariana News Television. thumb
