I am a molecular biologist with a background in microbial genomics, specifically in bacteria related to human and large animal diseases. My projects have included large scale comparative microbial genomic studies that utilize high throughput sequencing and bioinformatic analysis.

My continuing efforts will focus on bringing microbial gene and genomic data to the Wikidata project.
