Pulcisinfundo is a nickname created form the latin locution "dulcis in fundo" that means the sweet surprise left last in a dinner (the dessert for example) or a soirée, like the guest star of a meeting. In this case is a "pulcis" a fairy animal similar to a yellow smiley chicken with long legs, the sweet surprise of the party!
