"As I have always held it a crime to anticipate evils I will believe it a good comfortable road untill I am compelled to believe differently."
- Meriwether Lewis

About me

I grew up watching Sesame Street and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. These programs taught me that curiosity is a good thing, and that learning, growing, and changing are causes for celebration.

As an official member of the career transitioners' club (I began my post-university professional life as a public school music teacher), I love hearing about the ways our vocations and identities evolve over time.

I live in Vermont, USA, where we are slowly reviving a 100-tree apple orchard.

My work

I'm on the Technical Program Management team at Wikimedia Foundation, and my current focus is Encyclopedic Content (WE2 in the FY2024-25 annual plan). I joined WMF in 2021, and since then I have worked with a number of teams to deliver products and services aligned with annual plan goals, including Community Tech, Product Analytics, Design System, Campaigns, and Movement Insights.
