Purpose and brief description
[edit]This bot is created to maintain the reviewing process for WLM 2012 Germany. It simply adds and removes categories to files within a given category. The bot does not run automatically but changes the category of one file at a time on user request.
It is written in PHP and makes use of "botclasses.php".
