How to Fight the Spread of Corona Virus 19

The Corona Virus 19 Disease primarily spreads between people through close contact and via aerosols and respiratory droplets that are exhaled when talking, breathing, or otherwise exhaling, as well as those produced from coughs or sneezes. In view of this, the COVID-19 pandemic demands that we remain vigilant in our daily lives as we return to everyday activities. We can each take some simple steps to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities.

The steps are:

1. Get a COVID-19 vaccine. 2. Wash your hands often with plain soap and water and always do foot bathing. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed (or exposing others) to this virus. First, practice simple hygiene. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds – especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose. 3. Cover your mouth and nose when around others by wearing face mask and face shield. 4 Avoid crowds and practice social distancing (stay at least 6 feet apart from others). Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated spaces. Avoid close contact (stay at least 6 feet, or about two arms’ length, away) with people who don’t live with you, even if they don’t appear sick, in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Some people without symptoms may be able to spread the corona virus. 5. Eat healthy foods and always drink water.

Above all, We can stop the spread of Covid-19 virus if we continue being physically fit and healthy and by continue praying because with God nothing is impossible.
