Hjlindhout, full name Hendrik Jan Lindhout, is music engraver, arranger, conductor and trumpet player. Hendrik Jan played trumpet for 30 years in the ASKO|Schönberg Ensemble as well as in Het Balletorkest. Hendrik Jan conducts the clarinet choir Lignum, Leiden, Holland, for which ensemble he arranged dozens of pieces, mostly classical. He also composed Victory Boogie, a tribute to the painter Piet Mondriaan. He also digitised a lot of manuscripts of pieces which are found in several libraries. For example a lot of pieces, published by https://www.ebonyband.nl, Amsterdam. Also the works of Gerard Drieman, which are found after he passed away in 1980, are digitised and mostly published by Donemus Publishing. Because Drieman composed several pieces with great interest but stopped composing around 1952 his music is practically unknown but deserves attention. Marjan Boer performed his Pianosonate 1950
