I am Fidan Huseynli and used to work in large international projects for the European Union and the World Bank. I am currently working for Huangpu Development District's (located in South China's Greater Bay Area) European office in Heidelberg.

During the course of my work, I have noticed a shortage of knowledge about the Greater Bay Area of China among the European stakeholders. The Greater Bay Area is the largest urban area in the world and undergoes rapid economic development.

Information provided at the current Wikipedia page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guangdong-Hong_Kong-Macau_Greater_Bay_Area does not reflect the current state of play of GBA, in some instances incomplete and outdated.

I have decided to start a new page 'Greater Bay Area' because most of the European and American research uses the term 'Greater Bay Area' instead of 'Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau-Greater Bay Area'.
