Illegal Pitching

Locking-

In Lineball , locking occurs in a few ways:

1.) The pitcher's right or left foot steps outside of the pitcher's square.

2.) The pitcher gives the elbow up signal to the umpire and the pitcher puts down either foot without starting the windup or stops his windup completely.

3.) The pitcher throws the ball sidearm or takes more then 15 seconds to start the windup once he is in the pitcher's zone.
