Most of you will know me from the English Wikipedia, a few of you from the Esperanto one, and fewer still from a few other projects from those early days when I machine-translated articles into a variety of languages. That was before I realized what an atrocious job translation bots do; one Italian (who doesn't speak much English) came close to telling me that he found it easier to understand my English than the terrible Italian that my electronic translator had churned out. Bye-bye to my attempt to help smaller Wikipedias with machine translations:-(
