dr Darko Petrusic is Project Manager, IBM Accredited IT Architect, and Ph.D. in Computer Science with 20 years of international experience (Canada, U.K., and Montenegro). He worked 5 years as Deputy Minister of Science and then 4 and 1/2 years as a General Director at the Ministry of Science, in Montenegro. Also, he was the National Coordinator for drafting the Smart Specialisation Strategy of Montenegro. While in Canada he was working as a Senior IT Architect for the Office of the CIO in the government of British Columbia. During that time he was involved in many strategic BC Government initiatives. Especially active in e-government planning, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Intelligence strategy for the province of British Columbia. Additionally, he worked for 4 years for IBM as an Accredited IT Architect.
