I live in London, UK and have links to Scotland.
I am a retired flood defence engineer specialising in flood forecasting using hydrodynamic models both in coastal and fluvial settings. I have interests in history, science, engineering, nature, photography and classical music.
I have an archive of my own photographic work which I have used to illustrate some Wikipedia articles were they appear to need them.
