MARIO FABBRINI

(Vaiano, Fi; 1926 -2006) Pittore toscano di tradizione figurativa. Seppe interpretare in modo innovativo il pensiero storico della scuola “macchiaiola” elaborando, con intensa evocazione lirica, una personale ricerca cromatica espressa con paesaggi, squarci floreali, figure e, in particolare, nature morte . Nelle sue opere, l’ intimità lirica della ricerca pittorica si fonde con un’osservazione meditata della realtà catturando la dolente nostalgia del fluire del tempo e delle grandi trasformazioni ambientali della seconda metà del secolo scorso. Ha lavorato ed esposto in Italia e all’estero; sue opere sono presenti in molte collezioni d’arte e, recentemente, la casa d’aste tedesca www.artnet.de ha battuto una sua tela. He knew to interpret in an innovative way the historical thought of the “macchiaiola” school and elaborated, with intense lyric evocation, one personal chromatic research he expressed with landscapes, flowers, figures and, in particular, still lives. In his works, the lyric introspection of the pictorial search melts with a meditated observation of the reality capturing the hurting nostalgia of flowing of the time and of the great transformations in environment of the second half of the past century. He has worked and exposed in Italy and abroad. His works are present in many collections of art and, recently, the German house of auctions www.artnet.de auctioned off one of his painting.
