Hello there,

While I consider learning one of my top 10 values, I also think the process of learning can be an intimidating and uncomfortable experience. I came up with the username "Braincradle" because if I had the means, I'd create a safe and cozy cradle for my brain to sit in while doing the hard work of learning. That way it's supported while growing!

I chose the word cradle because I think it prompts a strong visual- I literally picture a brain being cradled in my mind!

I am more likely to be motivated if I am comfortable. I don't think it has to be so black and white. Perhaps this is inspired by epicureanism?

Take care of your brains in the way that feels best for you. I like to pair an enjoyable task with one that is not as enjoyable- like watching TV while folding laundry!
