Chileno-Líbanes. (21/5/1944) Historiador, escritor ,poeta, artista plástico, explorador. Fundador de la Unión Libanesa de Ultramar por la Soberanía del Líbano (LCUOSL). Miembro de la Unión Cultural Libanesa Mundial WLCU. Miembro Capítulo Libanés Resolución Naciones Unidas Nº 1559 Paz en Medio Oriente. Presidente Frente Popular para la Unidad y Victoria del Líbano Lebanese Popular Front Unity. Miembro del Grupo de Estudios Históricos, Arqueológicos. Paleontológicos, Fenicios en Brasil. Ha escrito la “Presencia Fenicia en el Brasil”; Poemas” y varios estudios sueltos. Está incluido en varias antologías bolivianas y del extranjero.
Desde 1986 a 1992, fue promotor e instructor de la computadora Macintosh de Apple, en Argentina, Brasil, Bolivia, Paraguay.
Amir Ibn Tawfik Simón , participó en el año 2013 en el “Encuentro Internacional de Escritores” realizado en la ciudad de Tarija, ocasión en la que fue incorporado a la Sociedad Boliviana de Escritores y Unión de Escritores y Artistas de Tarija. Miembro de Poetas del Mundo. Fue Declarado “Visitante distinguido de Tarija” por dos municipios, asimismo, recibió un reconocimiento de la Universidad Privada “Domingo Savio” de Tarija.
Es un activista con la Fundación Marcha Mundial por La Paz y No Violencia; Greenpace; Creación Estado Palestino (1967). Cooperador del Project Manager / Research Assistant; Lebanese Emigration Research Center (LERC)
