  AMATEUR ARM BOXING SPORTS (HISTORY)

Arm boxing was introduced as a combat sports promotion in Russia a few years ago. The Russians used to organize and promote this arm boxing sports as a combat sports i.e. professional MMA event. The rule of arm boxing was that Connected to a table via their waists and with their left hands apparently taped together, two men in MMA gloves desperately take swings at one another across the table while a referee looks on from the middle. As soon as the bells rang, both the Boxers used to strike each other dangerously with their right hand. The referee judges the entire bout properly and scores the entire fight according to the rules. After this a few years ago, some changes were made to promote ARM Boxing Sports in the whole world wide as an Amateur Sports and then this combat fights were converted into amateur arm boxing sports. In which mostly four fighting events were included

these four events are as follows

1- Full Body Contact (Boxing Ring Event)

2- Low Body Contact (Mats Events)

3- Touch Contact (Mats Events)

4- Amateur Boxing (Boxing Ring Event) Extra Event -: Musical Forms (Mats Events)'

1- Full Body Contact –: include FULL BODY CONTACT (FBC) where it is allowed to use hand and leg technique equally with the full power. Basic intention of boxer in these disciplines is to defeat his opponent by stoppage or winning more points. Fighting area is called BOXING RING EVENTS.

2- Low Body Contact-: include Low Body Contact (LBC) where it is allowed to use hand and leg techniques equally with controlled force/contact. The basic intention of Boxer is to defeat his opponent by scoring more points than his/her opponent. Fighting area is called Mats Event.

3- Touch Contact-: Touch Contact (TC) where it is allowed to use hand and leg techniques equally with controlled force/contact or (Touch & Back)The basic intention of Boxer is to defeat his opponent by scoring more points than his/her opponent. Fighting area is called Mats Event.

4- Amateur Boxing-: This event is played inside a boxing ring wearing boxing gloves and shoes. Both boxers attack and defend each other with the different Boxing Punches. In this event, all the punches are used Such as Jab Punch, Right Cross or Straight right, Left Hook, Right Hook, Left Uppercut, Right Uppercut etc.

MUSICAL FORMS is a specific group of Mats disciplines where Players are performing Kick & Punch techniques with music where his intention is to show fight with imaginary opponent. Performing area is called Mats Event.

Today, arm boxing sport is played in 19 countries all over the world and in Some countries the National Olympics and National Govt. also included in this arm boxing sports as National Sports. ARM Boxing Has Become the Fastest Promoting Sport in the World and running WORLD ARM BOXING FEDERATION & ASIAN ARM BOXING FEDERATION all over the world and Asia.
