This template was a partial workaround for workaround bugzilla:23160 "Theora video thumbnails corrupt" (which is now fixed). bugzilla:23160 caused wikimedia to incorrectly render some Theora video thumbnails. This template might still be useful for cases where a specific thumbnail still image is desired instead of the thumbnail chosen by the wikimedia renderer.

Syntax:
