The W icon looks wrong, don't we have a more generic non-Wikipedia icon? --Nemo 16:05, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Text

[edit]

Text like the following:"This photo was uploaded via Mobile iOS 1.0.1." seems ambiguous. There are various Wikimedia related apps. Which app does this refer to? Without an app name it can also be interpreted as the version number of the platform (e.g. Android/iOS version numbers). Also, what does "platform=Web" mean, is that the upload wizard? Upload from MobileFrontend? How does version number work in that case? For example:
app_name=Wikipedia Mobile|app_version=3.2.1|app_platform=iOS
rendering like:
"This photo was uploaded from the Wikipedia Mobile app on iOS (v3.3.1)".
Let me know what you think. We can't implement it from here since it needs to be done from the mobile interfaces. –Krinkletalk 13:43, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ugly space

[edit]

In some cases, the template creates a space before the full stop, for example here. Usually, there should be no space before a full stop, just after it. Regards --Schniggendiller (talk) 14:15, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
